A fantastic Brunch in the heart of Barnes, without a bland, boring smashed avocado in sight.

The Nest is brilliant Swiss Army knife of a restaurant in the middle of Barnes, being a cosy café by day and a wine and cocktail bar by night.

I’ve brunched here many times, and the food is first class. It’s delicious freshly baked bread, great used of spices and an intriguing locally sourced menu making it a step above your average London brunch fare. Best enjoyed after a long riverside dog walk in Barnes (dogs are most welcome).
